Andy Kemp-King, Joint Managing Director

With an extensive career in the CPG industry, both on the Retailer, Wholesaler and Supplier side, as well as working as a Consultant, Andy combines this industry and commercial experience with the Research experience he has gained over the past 20 years developing and managing complex benchmarking programmes in the CPG industry. Working with leading Retailers/Wholesalers and Suppliers as an objective 3rd party to measure and benchmark performance across a range of Areas to enable Trading Partners to better understand their perceptions of each other and thus further develop relationships and improve performance.

Andy has worked with and helped clients at all levels to both measure, understand and further develop their Business relationships and commercial performance.

Julia Pascu, Joint Managing Director

With a substantial experience of over 18 years in FMCG and market research, Julia is passionate about helping clients drive stronger and more successful relationships based on collaboration, trust, transparency and mutual respect.

She has been successfully leading complex research projects across a number of different environments such as Grocery, Convenience/Wholesale, Foodservice and the On Trade and has been working with the leading CPG suppliers and their major retail and wholesale customers at Senior, including Board level, to understand their business needs, deliver insights and findings from the research projects to facilitate internal action planning & goal setting which ultimately helps clients improve engagement and business relationships.

Andy Dingwall has over 10 years of experience in developing insights for iconic brands across Europe, helping these businesses understand the needs of their colleagues and customers as well as their place in the market. Andy specialises in bringing different sources of data together – from Voice of Customer, quantitative research and commercial data, to employee engagement scores and qualitative feedback – in order to generate the insight businesses need to stay ahead.

Kate Wood, Associate

An associate of FOTP, Kate Wood brings with her a wealth of qualitative research experience with proven success in building relationships with renowned global brands. Kate has worked with many B2B and B2C stakeholders across a variety of sectors, including retail, financial services, utilities, telecoms, healthcare and education. Kate has particular expertise in employee and customer engagement, brand positioning, customer experience, journey mapping and Online research.
