EMPLOYEE CASE STUDY

Diversity and Inclusion Research

Diversity and Inclusion Research

ISSUE:
A UK and European multi-site manufacturing business wanted to measure and understand, for the first-time, Diversity and Inclusion, as perceived by employees across its twelve different UK sites and three Business Units (BU).  This had in part been driven not only by recent current affairs but also the increasingly diverse make-up of our client’s workforce.

PROCESS:
Working with our client, we designed and deployed a web survey enabling employees to provide, in confidence, their views and opinions on around thirty performance attributes, spread across six different performance areas.

OUTCOME:
Due to the large sample size, we were able to report our findings by a number of demographic groups/segments, as defined by our client.  In addition to identifying both areas of strength and opportunities for improvement, the results also informed the design and introduction of a new Diversity and Inclusion Policy in the UK.
